Hello and welcome to Heart on the Rise — a space I created to support your emotional wellness and help you live a life that feels deeply authentic. Heart on the Rise grew out of my own transformation — more than two decades of trying to navigate my emotions alone, until years of suppressing what I felt and working 120-hour weeks led to profound burnout and disconnection.
Through therapy, coaching, embodied practices, and continuous learning, I found my way to having a sense of emotional clarity and self-understanding. Now, I’m sharing this work openly so you don’t have to walk your path alone — and so you can experience your own meaningful transformation.
