Hi, I'm Elizabeth Huang
Welcome to
Heart on the Rise
Where you don’t have to find your way forward alone.
Your Emotions Are Valid. Your Healing Matters.
Heart on the Rise was created for the moments when finding your way forward feels difficult to do alone.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself. For years, I worked 120-hour weeks, suppressed what I felt, and pushed through until burnout forced me to look inward. Through that experience, I learned the value of professional support, dedicated space to understand what I was feeling, and a different perspective when I couldn’t see beyond my own experience.
Today, I offer that space to others. Through emotional wellness coaching and reflective support, I help you explore what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect with yourself, and recognize the choices available to you as you create what comes next.

Elizabeth's Approach
The Heart on the Rise Method
Awareness
Attunement
Agency
The Heart on the Rise Method begins with awareness: creating a safe space to understand what you’re feeling and what may be keeping you stuck. From there, we build attunement by reconnecting with your needs, values, and inner experience. With greater clarity and self-trust, you can move toward agency, shifting from trying to get away from what you don’t want toward recognizing your freedom to create what you do want.
Behind Heart on the Rise
I believe in practicing what I support others in doing: making space for fear, listening to what matters, and choosing to move toward what you want.
Notes from the Heart on the Rise Community
Reflections from people I’ve had the privilege of supporting.
“Elizabeth understands the concept of grief and loss well. She has helped me get through difficult times grieving the loss of a broken 10-year relationship, coached me through complex family dynamics, and supported me in being present for a friend dying from cancer. Through it all, she has shown me how to hold space for both sorrow and connection — reminding me that honoring life and death together is one of the most human things we can do.”

“Working with Elizabeth has been transformative for me. She helped me recognize grief I didn’t realize I was carrying and taught me how to face it instead of pushing it aside. She encourages you to feel your emotions rather than ignore or suppress them, and because of that, I’ve learned how to move through my emotions in a healthier way. Recently, I lost a friend, and because of what she had already taught me, I was able to recognize that I was grieving. Being able to name and understand it helped me process it in a healthier way and move forward instead of feeling stuck or confused by my emotions. She’s also helped me build a healthier relationship with myself rooted in awareness, accountability, and self-respect. As a life coach, Elizabeth holds you accountable while making progress feel clear and manageable. She breaks growth down into practical steps so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. She creates a calm, welcoming, and safe space where you feel supported without judgment. I would confidently recommend Elizabeth to my family and friends.”

“I first worked with Elizabeth in her ‘Expressing Grief through Art Workshop’. I love art and have a hard time handling grief so this was just what I needed. From the moment class started, I knew I was in the right place. I received such support from Elizabeth and my fellow classmates. I felt safe and found I could express myself freely using the art medium for that week. The class was well planned and I found a way to express and release grief that I had held onto without realizing the depth of that grief. The next class I took from Elizabeth, the Sunday Reset Class, helped me focus on present issues and unhealthy patterns. I left each class calmer, more confident, and ready to face the week ahead. Elizabeth has been, quite simply, a lifesaver for me.”

“It was my first time receiving coaching outside of traditional mental health counseling. I didn’t know what to expect but immediately felt welcomed by the calm and inviting environment. Elizabeth gave me space to truly be myself while asking thoughtful questions that led to personal realizations I had never reached before. The communication tools and self-awareness I gained helped me feel more confident, proactive, and emotionally grounded. I’m grateful to Elizabeth for her honesty and empathy. I felt deeply seen and validated during our sessions.”

“You don't know what you don't know. I came to Elizabeth because I was dealing with some issues with work but she helped me uncover patterns that I hadn't been aware of. Really appreciate how she was able to pivot and adapt to what I needed.”
